Gadgetarian does not add any new abilities to Windows 10, it just enables the native gadget functions, now unfortunately hidden. This way you can keep using all of your old desktop gadgets or add new ones, without compromising the integrity of the OS.
Have you tried resetting the windows sidebar folder in your application data folder? Try killing the sidebar process (from the task manager), then go to %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar and remove all of the files (or copy them elsewhere to keep a backup). Then, open up the gadgets window from the desktop and try adding gadgets. It should behave the same as if you were adding gadgets to a new account.
Last time i went to his site (yesterday ), in the Weather Zip , all that is there is 2 JPG's , no gadget,installer,nothing but 2 JPG's , i can go to any one of his weather gadgets and they are all the same , like he deleted them when the site he used went away or whatever it did , and they are still the same , no gadget inside the Zip
