APassword Changer can automatically change the passwords for many of your saved websites by directly logging in to generating strong, unique passwords, then changing the passwords for those sites on your behalf.

An automated password changer sounds like a step above a premium feature.

A feature that you could set how often (either per saved login or for all passwords) you want your passwords changed. Also the feature should immediately and automatically change any password that has been compromised.

For some sites this may not be possible as the sites want to send you a password or text to change your password, but it is possible for sites that only ask for the original password and the new password in order to change the current password.

I get exited thinking about this feature. If you didnt start using a password mgr as soon as you started using the internet, then its highly likely you have many sites with the same password, making many people more vulnerable. A feature like this could change all of that. Being the first software with such a feature, sounds like a game changer.

Despite the complexity of doing it (which is reducing as Developers get on board with the above) making it sound like a lot of work & ultra premium, at the end of the day it is good practice to make password changes easy and good for the user & security.

I have done the zoning of the tape drives with the media servers and also installed the HP drivers.From the device manager, I am able to see the tape drives but not the medium changer. Can anyone to understand what I missed out?

Researchers from academia, industry, and national laboratories at all career stages can apply to join the 2022 cohort; applications are due by October 15, 2021. The Game Changer Academies trained 150 researchers in the 2021 cohort and expects to train 200 more in the 2022 cohort.

Merit review

Each year, NSF receives thousands of proposals for funding research and education. To ensure that proposals are evaluated in a fair, competitive, transparent and in-depth manner, NSF uses a rigorous system of merit review.

Nearly every proposal is evaluated by a minimum of three independent reviewers consisting of scientists, engineers and educators who do not work at NSF or for the institution that employs the proposing researchers. NSF selects the reviewers from among the national pool of experts in each field and their evaluations are confidential. Reviewers come together in a panel and discuss the strengths and weaknesses of proposals.

Game changers

The Game Changer Academies grew out of a 2019 NSF-funded pilot project aimed at increasing reviewer risk tolerance. This pilot identified five key levers associated with the success of panel discussions:

As the need for innovative and collaborative science grows, reviewers need more tools to enable broad thinking, and to identify potentially transformative ideas. In response to this need, CMMI launched the Game Changer Academies for Advancing Research Innovation in 2021.

At the core of the CMMI Game Changer Academies (CGCA) program is the awareness that, without deliberate attention grant review, discussions can sometimes fail to engage the full perspective and experience of panelists. CGCA develops the capacity of panel discussions to benefit from high quality interaction across differences in perspective, identity, experience and expertise.

The U.S. National Science Foundation propels the nation forward by advancing fundamental research in all fields of science and engineering. NSF supports research and people by providing facilities, instruments and funding to support their ingenuity and sustain the U.S. as a global leader in research and innovation. With a fiscal year 2023 budget of $9.5 billion, NSF funds reach all 50 states through grants to nearly 2,000 colleges, universities and institutions. Each year, NSF receives more than 40,000 competitive proposals and makes about 11,000 new awards. Those awards include support for cooperative research with industry, Arctic and Antarctic research and operations, and U.S. participation in international scientific efforts.

Youth groups (teams, clubs, etc) and individuals between the ages of 5-18 years old from across the state can apply for a grant. Examples of needs covered by Healthy Futures Game Changer include, 1) participation fees, 2) sports equipment, 3) transportation, 4) skill-building lessons, 5) basic clothing items that allow youth to participate in sports or recreational activities and 6) other.

Winners qualify for awards of up to $500. Need, character, and academic standing will be considered in the process. Recipients will be required to report how their funding was used to the Healthy Futures team.

Sometimes a simple pair of shoes is the biggest game changer. Kicks for Kids works to not only put shoes on kids who need them to participate in athletics, but they also go to kids who just need something to protect their growing feet. This initiative has served hundreds of Alaska children annually by providing them with gym shoes, winter boots and sport specific footwear. Through this effort, children are able to hit the ground running and not only with proper gear, but with feelings of confidence and self worth.

It is our hope that all of our student participants, no matter what size skate they wear, will have access to a pair of new skates when they join us after-school or with their families during community skates nights. This generous donation is the first step in achieving that goal. So many of our participants have never skated on ice and these first impressions are critical to fostering a love for outdoor winter sports.

A big part of our success is our strength in numbers, and having the extra shoes for kids to use definitely is a major factor in being able to get more kids out for wrestling. Without those shoes, many kids might never even step on the mat!
