There's no one-button solution to duplicate a page, like for like, in a Microsoft Word document. You'll first need to copy the contents of your first page, create a new page, and then paste the contents of your original page onto the new page.
As with single-page documents, you'll need to copy the contents of the page you're looking to duplicate first. You won't be able to use the Ctrl+A command to select the contents, however, as this will select everything in your Word document.

I have found when copy-pasting content from other sources (I am specifically asking about word, but I have noticed this in other scenarios too) some of the words or sentences are wrapped in tags. This prevents being able to easily set headings or block styles like paragraphs. It even messes with simple actions like setting text to bold, italics or underlining it.
Edit: I found the problem. It's not copy-pasting from word that was causing the issue. The in-browser plugin for Grammarly is what was causing the tags to be inserted into the page, by temporarily turning the extension off the problem resolved. Hopefully, this can help anyone else who experiences the same problem.
I tried this after speaking with coworkers. I used Notepad ++, which removed some styling not all. The tags were still in the text once it was pasted into the editor. These were being added to the page content by the grammarly chrome plugin. Once I deactivated the plugin on the page and reloaded, the problem was resolved.
Actually @RhiannonKingdom it is recomended that you copy from a simple text editor such as Apple's Text Edit, or Windows Note Pad. These editors strip out all internal Word codes that can sometimes mess up formatting when you paste in to HubSpot. Best practice is to compose raw text in one of these editors, paste into HubSpot content app, then add formatting such as bold/italics/bullets.
1. When I copy from a web page in Safari and try to paste it in MS Word the right margin runs off the page. Is there a setting that I can make that will maintain the correct margins when I copy for example a Newegg or eBay invoice in Safari and paste it in MS Word to file and save on my hard drive for future use.
If you are trying to save Web pages for future use, then copy and paste into Word is the wrong way to go about it. You get a large file with formatting changed in a proprietary format. Instead, print the page to a PDF (See episode 181: -pdf-files-by-printing.html). This is quick, the pages look great, and they are easy to store (and search!)

I tried it the way that you suggest and it works but there is still a problem. I only want to save the invoice receipt instead of the entire web page and in the case of Newegg it is 3 pages. The reason that I try to copy and paste is because in that manner I only get what I want without all the extra advertisements etc. I have also printed out the invoice and scanned it and saved it but again it is a lot of steps to get what I want. Surely there is an easier way to copy and paste just what I want and maintain the format. As I said previously, it works great in Windows XP so I would assume that there is a way to do it with Mac also.

When you go to "print to PDF" you can select which pages to print. It is just like printing, but the result is a file. You even get the preview on the left. So if all you want is the first page, just "print" pages 1 to 1 to the PDF.
Once you see how to so this, it is much easier than launching Word and copy and pasting and getting unformatted results.
I want to copy a word page into a web text editor - my page has a blue background and the text is in white. The web text editor I'm copying in to does not have the formatting attributes to be able to add a background colour which is why I need to copy the whole page - duplicate it really.
Save/export that Word page as HTML, and then bring that into your Web editor. You may now have that blue background owing to the HTML/CSS3 styling that Word assigned to the or tag. Raw Word content it not in HTML format, and copy/pasting that anywhere that you want HTML/CSS3 styling will disappoint you.
It certainly can be done just as @newuserkantu said. But the best option for Office automation is to use VBA (= Word and Excel macros). It is built in directly into Office and free. It is better than anything else. For example UIPath and Automation Anywhere sell Office connectors for a lot of money - you do not need it.
To use desktop automation you need focus on front of software/page you want use and you can not use mouse because desktop automation move your mouse and works in active part in the screen this is the very disadvantage of desktop automation.

I study about 3 hours a day for 2 years ui vision RPA and I know how to do the automation that you wanted to do, but I can because I studied so much but try to spend time in useful automations that bring gains otherwise it would not make sense to have studied 3 hours a day for 2 years to realize a trivial conversion of documents from word to excel that has no profit and is made online for free in a few seconds.
To realize your automation you have to spend a lot of time for the focus which is the most difficult thing because you have to always have the correct sheet in front of the screen (word or excel), is it worth taking 3-4 hours a day for at least 1 week to realize this automation ? In my opinion, no, you risk taking a lot of time to do something useless that brings no profit and no gain.

How are you telling it to copy?
What version of Word are you using?
By formatting do you mean layout, like formatted in tables; or simply things
like font/size/color? Color should come over, tables are unreliable.By any chance do you have "draft font" checked in the View tab of the Word
Preferences menu?In Tools Macros, do you see any macros named Paste or EditPaste?
