you'd think that would make the most sense. since Bill's heart *supposedly exploded and all...there would seem to be plenty of backstory to explore or at least be able to bring to life some more of the stories that were only told previously...except then that actually wouldn't make any sense at all when QT says he's had the story idea kicking around for awhile and he's just been waiting for the actors to age naturally....

What will the premise be?

As found in Tarantino's biography on his imdb page: (On making "Kill Bill" part 3) "Oh yeah, initially I was thinking this would be my "Dollars Trilogy". I was going to do a new one every ten years. But I need at least fifteen years before I do this again. I've already got the whole mythology: Sofie Fatale will get all of Bill's money. She'll raise Nikki, who'll take on The Bride. Nikki deserves her revenge every bit as much as The Bride deserved hers. I might even shoot a couple of scenes for it now so I can get the actresses while they're this age." This has NOT been confirmed though.

Didn't the Bride already Kill Bill?

Yes, at the end of Vol. 2, "The Bride" killed Bill. However, Vol. 3 will most likely start a new story involving Nikki or Elle Driver's character seeking revenge themselves. That being said Kill Bill Vol. 3 could just be the working title. It could change upon production and release, to titles such as Kill Kiddo, Kill Elle, or something else entirely.
