<strong>Kell/Holland</strong>

(Note: I don't mind Lila, but I don't like her much, either. I know that's a little weird. Feel free to leave her out entirely if it makes things easier.) I love how inevitably bound their lives are, and that they can't help but be drawn to each other. I love the total wretchedness of Holland's life, and I love that Kell is one of the few to show him mercy. (Book 3 was very good to me in that respect. *_*) As for art, I love the contrast of redhead Kell's Red London color/luxury, with Holland's sparse White London colorlessness. I say in my letter that I'm not picky, but in this case it's even more true. In regards to art, the only thing required to make me happy is the two of them - whether they're fighting, or standing next to each other, or it's simply their hands touching. Also, this is a pretty tough ship to write fic for, especially if you're trying to stick to canon. I really just need to see more of these two interacting! I don't mind whether it's, idk, 1000 words of sparring or 5000 words of introspection. Bottom line: make whatever you'd like. However, if you need some ideas, prompts are in my letter.

<hr><strong>Astrid/Holland/Athos</strong>

As <i>someone</i> once said, no one suffers as beautifully as Holland does. Creepy dubcon/noncon vibes are perfect for these three! I nominated this ship because I like seeing Holland suffer, but also because I found the twins interesting villains and I wish we could have seen more of them. This is one of the ships where humiliation is A-OK. However, please note that I DNW incest, so I would like Holland firmly in between the other two. Other than that, go wild. I'm always up for angst, but Holland's life is so bleak and sad that I wouldn't mind seeing a bit of hope for him, too. Also, that scene in book 1 with the goblet and the blood is one of my favorites. If you feel the urge to draw that scene or write it from a different perspective, I would be delighted.

<strong>Marcus/Janus</strong>

I love Marcus's evolution in his attitude towards Janus! He starts out disbelieving and skeptical, but as he sees more of Janus's unbelievably batshit/successful strategies, he becomes totally trusting. By the end of the first book, he's one of Janus's most loyal supporters. I also like that Marcus still thinks for himself, despite Janus being the 'brains'. I love when Janus is surprised by Marcus - especially because he's usually so ahead of everyone else. I also like how he seems to value Marcus's opinions. However, if you want to take it down the darker route, I also like the creepier aspects of their relationship. Janus is, without question, a manipulative bastard. Here are two possible interpretations: Either Janus doesn't give a shit about Marcus and he's purely using him, or he actually feels quite guilty. Honestly, on the off-chance someone is actually willing to draw art for this series, I just want to say that I am completely bowled over. Please draw ANYTHING you want!! Their hands brushing. Their eyes meeting. Side profiles. Any canon moment. Prompts are in my letter if you need them!

<hr><strong>Raesinia/Marcus</strong>

I love how their relationship developed - how it wasn't automatic or forced, but that they actually grow to respect each other. Raes admires Marcus for his straightforward honesty and goodness. And, of course, old-fashioned Marcus starts out totally in awe of the queen, and as he learns more about her, he likes her even more - for her tenacity, and her compassion that's very similar to his. Honestly, on the off-chance someone is actually willing to draw art for this series, I just want to say that I am completely bowled over. Please draw ANYTHING you want!! Their hands brushing. Murder Most Unladylike Series - Robin Stevens 

Hazel Wong/Daisy Wells, Fanart, Fanfiction

I love the setting in 1920s Britain, but I understand if it's easier to set it in modern times. I also know they're both young (16 in the most recent book?) so I don't expect things to get X-rated. Anyway, I love Daisy's persistence and bluntness. I adore Hazel for her grounded-ness and bravery. I really like whenever Daisy compliments or encourages Hazel - Daisy's so aloof, and Hazel's so insecure, that it's refreshing. I like when they're solving cases and you can see how they balance each other. I also like the idea of Hazel developing feelings for Daisy but naturally keeping it quiet, while Daisy ("not the sort of person to fall in love" Daisy) unknowingly falls for Hazel, and then WAM BLAM realizes her feelings and it utterly shakes up her world. Because there are canon lesbians in the books, I'm curious about how that affects Daisy's and Hazel's thoughts. We can see bits of it in the books, but I'd love to know more. On the off-chance someone's offering art, please do not feel limited by my prompts! Feel free to draw ANYTHING. I'm guaranteed to love it.
