IAPG (Indian Alliance of Patient Groups) and Lady Hardinge Medical College are jointly organising a Seminar on Patient Safety on 5^th August in New Delhi. Please find attached a background paper as well as the draft agenda for the Seminar.

As you are aware that managing RDs needs the highest standards of Quality and Safety norms. IAPG is working on creating a patient safety culture in all health care settings and is advocating with stakeholders to bring quality as an integral component of healthcare delivery in all its forms.

Attached is a WHO report on Expert Group Consultation for creating Patient Safety framework in India
