Hi Raptors,
Welcome to Steamworks! More information about this year's game can be found here<http://www.firstinspires.org/robotics/frc/game-and-season>.
There will be a meeting tonight (Wednesday, January 11) at 6:30 pm. This meeting is non-mandatory because of the snow day. Information about meetings will be shared via Slack on snow days.
Thanks to all of you that attended the parent meeting last week. If you missed the meeting, you can find a pdf of the powerpoint here<http://www.raptors1711.com/about-us>.
Students and parents who have not completed the student parent agreement of expectations should do so soon. A copy is attached. Please give these forms to Mr. Failor or a team leader.
Students who have not paid the $125 student fee need to do by January 20. Checks should be made out to TCAPS and be given to Mr. Failor or a team leader. Students who secure a new sponsor will have their student fee waived. Sponsors will be recognized as a sponsor in our team name, on our robot and team t-shirts, and in any promotional items such as press releases and our website. Please contact me if you have questions about the student fee or sponsorship.
Parents who wish to join Slack which is the primary means of team communication should email Russ Riker at russel...@gmail.com. He will send you an invite. I will use this google group periodically to share information.
