Gaylord FIRST Robotics District Competition

Hi Raptors,

The Gaylord FIRST Robotics District Competition is quickly approaching. Here are some details.

A small group of students and mentors will leave after school on Thursday, March 16 to travel to Gaylord to set up the pit and get the robot inspected. The rest of the team will travel to Gaylord around 8 am on Friday, March 17. The team will be staying at the Baymont Inn & Suites in Gaylord Thursday and/or Friday night and will return to Traverse City Saturday, March 18.

All team members should respond to the google poll Erin sent out on slack. Here is the link<https://goo.gl/forms/XeAmXDOt7d4UHqz13>. If you don't respond, we will assume that you are not travelling to Gaylord. Please respond by Wednesday, March 8.

There are 2 mandatory meetings this week for students travelling to Gaylord. Wednesday, March 8 and Friday, March 10 starting at 6:30 pm.

We need parents to drive to Gaylord. Please indicate that you can drive when your son/daughter responds to the poll or respond to this email.

In order to travel with the team to Gaylord, students must have paid their student fee and turned in a complete student/parent agreement which is attached if needed.

Overall, first semester grades were very good. If you have not received an email from me, you are eligible to travel to Gaylord.
