Hello Raptor developers,
i have been playing with Raptor and i am very impressed. Raptor handles 
more features than eboard, and some of them are very useful. Thank you 
very much! Please allow me to send a few feature requests and bug 
reports. I might have overlooked some options in the "Preferences", 
though, so if one of my complaints is not justified, please bare with 
me. :) I will attach a screen shot of me using eboard (not Raptor) to 
illustrate below points 3 & 4; I find it easier to follow a channel 
conversation on eboard. Above you will see a channel 246 conversation, 
below the main console.

feature requests:

1. very serious: command line should only be command line, at least i 
should have the option to toggle this.
this means, once someone sends me a private tell, e.g. Bodia, a "tell 
Bodia" should *not* automatically be inserted on that chat tab, as i 
might not be aware. if i need to send a tell myself, i prefer to type "t 
bodia". same goes for channels: please never automatically insert "tell 
49" etc upon channel tab creation, i prefer to do that myself, to avoid 
thousands of mistells. when i type something, i must "blindly" trust i 
am typing to a *clean* command line.

2. serious: please, do not automatically store password for next login.
Raptor should only remember my password if i explicitly tell/toggle so.

3. cosmetic: the output "(told 386 players in channel 49 "Tournament")" 
etc can be kept as echo on console, but couldn't it be 
suppressed/filtered in channel tabs, as in eboard?

4. cosmetic: own tells to a channel could take a different font colour 
in the channel tab? eboard prints my own tells in another colour, and if 
someone mentions my handle, that tell takes my colour, too.

5. cosmetic: drag&drop vs click-click-move. Couldn't Raptor 
automatically detect what i am doing, so i can both drag&drop and 
click-click during the game, depending on my mood?

6. cosmetic: person tabs, channel tabs, game tabs. could the "fics" be 
removed?
not: fics(Bodia), fics(246), fics(obs 234), fics(Exam 234)
but: Bodia, ch246, obs234, ex234 (all these are very short and meaningful)
fics(Disconnected-246) is particularly useless.

bug reports:

1. i am using the latest kubuntu. i cannot move the "Raptor" entry 
around in the application launcher menu. (this could be a KDE bug, 
though; i upgraded very recently)

2. on >> File >> Open PGN File, hidden entries (files, dirs) ar not 
shown. for example, i cannot access /home/xyz/.raptor
i am aware i can type a location manually, but this is a hassle.
