New Custom Raplet: Salesforce and Zendesk integration

Hey all,

I made a very basic Raplet to integrate Salesforce and Zendesk
information into the Rapportive sidebar. It currently only reads from
the data sources (no write) and you must host it yourself as security
credentials are hard-coded.
