Raplet Ruby code template

Hello raplet-dev,

Just wanted to let you know about a little piece of open source code
we've released: a template for implementing a fully-featured Raplet in
Ruby (Sinatra + DataMapper). It covers all the main parts of the API,
and is a convenient starting point for your own Raplet: just clone the
repository and start hacking! :)

For bonus points, it works out of the box on Heroku — just clone the
repo, push it to Heroku, and voilà, your Raplet is published.
