Hi Steve,I have a couple of questions.1) In Rapidstorm's localization file, is the column corresponding to "emission strength" amplitude of the gaussian model, "I0=I/2*pi*simgax*sigmay", or is it "I"?
2) Also, would you please clarify if the unit for emission strength is A/D or photons? In the localization file, it is written emission strength is in A/D, but in your response to Zuzka on 4/7/14 you mention that "The intensity is the signal intensity (without background) in photons."
I appreciate your help.Thanks,Sheema

Current code says A/D counts: https://github.com/stevewolter/rapidSTORM/blob/aada50739181ec8555a5cf2c6831a90f33a468d4/guf/LocalizationCreator.cpp#L67Sorry about the confusion.
