F2 value

Hi Steve,

is there an option in rapidSTORM 3.x to save the F2 values or the intensity values of both planes from spactral demixing data to the localizations file?

That depends. When you don't check the disjoint amplitudes box, the F2 ratio is fixed by the fluorophore intensities for the selected fluorophore. When you do check disjoint amplitudes, you should get additional columns in the localizations file with the respective intensities. Does that help?
