Hi Thomas,

Thanks for your feedback. I'm currently compiling in Jessie. Could you please  provide the error messages you're getting and the versions of the compiler and of boost? I'll take a look after my vacation.

Also, please be aware that I'm not paying close attention to usability of the git master branch. There are Debian packages and a git tag for the last release, 3.3.1, and I advise to use it in preference to master.

Best regards, Steve

Dear Steve,
I am trying to compile the current version of rapidstorm.
The first problem was that the new version is not compatible with boost 1.49 installed on wheezy.  I tried installing boost 1.55, but there are problems at the end linking the executable.  I also tried the testing distribution (jessie), but that also caused numerous problems, even after installing all libraries required by rapidstorm.
After two frustrated days, I'm turing to you for help.  What is the platform you are running the current source on?
I try to do the disjoint amplitude fit.  RS 3.2.1 correctly gives the amplitudes for the different planes/channels, but this version does not terminate correctly from the command line preventing me from using it in a script.
A newer version 3.3.0 that I installed around March does exit gracefully, but it does not give the amplitudes for the other planes/channels.  The current version (3.3.1, I suppose) does not compile to give an executable.
Best regards,
Thomas
