Hi Alfonso,

Django 1.7 support was added during the most recent release of RapidSMS (0.18.0): http://rapidsms.readthedocs.org/en/v0.18.0/releases/0.18.0.html

Unfortunately, it does not yet support Python 3. That is definitely something that I'd like to work on, during my next free moment :)
