RapidSMS 0.14.0 Released

Hi all,

I’m excited to announce the release of RapidSMS 0.14.0! Here’s a quick summary:

• Added provisioning and deployment documentation
• Require login on all core/contrib views (since we're deploying projects)
• Minor changes to the docs
• Removed stale rapidsms-admin.py!

You can find the full list of changes in the RapidSMS 0.14.0 Release Notes. Thanks to lemanal and dpoirier for helping write great deployment documentation. More help is always welcome. If you’re interested, you can read the contributing guide.

As part of this release, we created a Deployment Examples page on the wiki and link to it from the docs. We're looking for RapidSMS community members to add their own deployment examples to this page. Anything from fabric, Chef, Puppet, you name it. Help us build a great list of examples!
