denied access

Hi Guys,

I am trying to get rapidsms to send me a message when I send an invalid keyword,I get this error,copied below,could someone help decipher this,I wanted to troubleshoot a problem I do have,when I send 'ping-kannel' I get the appropriate response,'kannel is online and responding to messages' but when I send 'ping',
I dont get a message to denote that the keyword is not understood,this is the below feedback I get.
