Sim Tool kit

Is it possible to develop Sim Tool Kit applications with rapidsms?..
If yes is there a sample app I can refer to?

No its not possible. Sim applications run on a cut down Java virtual machine on the SIM card. You have to write them in java with java card technology  http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javacard/overview/index.html
