RapidSMS 0.13.0 Released

Hi all,

I’m excited to announce the release of RapidSMS 0.13.0! Here’s a quick summary:

• Bulk messaging is now supported in core. This is a fairly big change and will make sending large broadcast messages a lot easier. All existing backend.send() methods need to be updated.
• Added the DatabaseRouter that tracks if and when messages were sent
• Added a backend for Vumi
• Removed the internal message translation logic. App developers can now use ugettext normally in apps. You'll need to update your msg.respond() and send() arguments accordingly.
• Lots of documentation improvements

I’d like to give special thanks to asseym and dpoirier for their help testing and reviewing the bulk messaging API. xkmato also helped add date fields to the connection models. Thanks everyone!
