group HEADER, FOOTER doesn't update when page break

I have designed template1.rrpt with two group levels GROUP_LEVEL1 with key = ''SyohinCd' and  GROUP_LEVEL2 with key = ' HanbaiNm' to be able to have a sub-total for each group. and a all summary total at last page of the report. It works well. But the content of the HEADER, FOOTER doesn't updated when  group break pages: field .HanbaiMNm in HEADER is different with actually value of  .HanbaiMNm when group HanbaiMNm break. Please help to solve the issue.

The HanbaiNm field must be placed below GROUP_LEVEL2.
