Field Limits and Max Flows per Organization

I'm trying to find a list of limits for RapidPro/TextIt, in particular:

1. Maximum number of flows within one organization

2. Maximum number of contact fields

3. Maximum number of contact groups

4. Any other application limits that I should be aware of

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated
