RapidPro v5.0.9 - v5 Release Candidate

Hi all,

We just push RapidPro v5.0.9 as the final release candidate for 5.0 release of RapidPro. Unless some critical bug comes up on common path this will be the last v5 release. Please check the README for the associated dependencies on Mailroom and Courier, the former has some important fixes.

The only notable bug that is open that we know of involves the new editor not handling the "@new_contact" case correctly when starting other people in flows. This was a late find and is a feature not often used (and only affects the beta editor) so we are saying that's acceptable for the 5.0 release. That will be fixed shortly in the 5.1 branch.

Note that one new thing we are trying here is that in our 5.0.9 release we created dummy migrations that will allow us to squash migrations for 5.2 without you having to fake any migrations. Essentially we created empty migration placeholders in 5.0.9, that will immediately become the new "start state" for 5.1. This will make moving from 5.0.9 to 5.2 (or 5.1) much easier for everyone. All that to say, please make sure you install 5.0.9 and run those migrations before moving on to 5.1 or 5.2.

We are now starting the 5.1 releases leading to 5.2. Thanks to all on the Nyaruka team for all the bug fixes over the past few weeks.
