Audio to text functionality

I have users that send in a voice note on WhatsApp. I'd like to convert this audio to text, then respond to them, either with text or with an audio file. Can this be done in RapidPro, or does anyone have some experience in this?

The other solution is taking the audio to an external transcriber, but I'd ideally like to get it all done inside RP itself. Thanks!
