How to I bring back the WhatsApp Cloud Channel

Hi, 

I deployed a RapidPro and created a user. When I went to channels I was able to see the Whatsapp Cloud channel. But whats interesting is that now when I create a user I can't see it. I wonder what happened

I'm not 100% sure on this, but I think which channels you can see is dependant on which group the user you're viewing the channels list has access to. eg. If the user you're using is part of the "Beta" group, then they might be able to see more channels than if they're just part of the "Viewers" group.
