Super user not able to login with correct credentials Rapipdro 9.2.5!

Hello All,

I am kindly requesting for assistance on why my superuser is not able to log into the system with correct credentials.

The system keeps saying Incorrect credentials.

On inspecting, this is what I see.

Are you receiving an error page or is it just redirecting? That console error is definitely not related.

Hi, Did your super use login? I recently installed rapid pro and I am facing same issue. I am not sure if this is Django specific issue or a rapid-pro specific customization. If you were able to resolve this, could you share how did you resolve?

Hallo,

The way around it is to use a username and password rather than email and password while logging in.

Then later when you set up everything, it will revert to email
