IBM TS2260：マウントしない

お世話になります。
LTFS Quick Tools v1.0.1でLTOがマウントされなくなり、困っております。
（正確には1.0.1でダメになったかは定かでないのですが）
LTFS Toolsは「マウント成功」と言っていますが、マウントされません。
MacはiMac5K El Capitan(10.11.3)
この状態で、アンマウントはされますし、テープもイジェクトされます。
