Also as a side to this particular thread I was wondering if there's a good way to get drupal php data to populate a line graph also.

I saw the examples in module  http://drupal.org/project/raphael

I was wondering if there's a clear way to utilize the views project  http://drupal.org/project/views  to populate a line graph

I am having a bit of trouble seeing a good tutorial or starting point

thanks !

Hello,

I have some data in a google doc that I was trying to use to populate a line graph similar to this.

I wanted to know if there's a recommended conversion on this to xml or json or something else ?

I wanted to plot a timeline to for 60 days and the dots would correspond to x = days of the month and y = twitter followers

I have alot of data, so basically I wanted to know if there a standard for handling a large amount of data?

I can provide any info that would clarify my question.

thanks very much for your help!!

Nick

Here's a relatively small example where data is transferred from an HTML table into a pie chart.
It uses jQuery to derive the data from the table.

I don't know if it ties in with your link which was not complete...
Click on the FAQ button...

This tutorial is really straightforward: http://blog.jeremi.info/entry/creating-a-chart-with-raphael-js-from-a-google-spreadsheet.
But I'm pretty new at this and cannot get it to work. I'm getting one error when I try it with my spreadsheet. If that tutorial makes sense to you, I would love any help. Thanks, and good luck with your project as well!
