I'm trying to use Raphael from jsfiddle in IE 9, but IE is blocking
the script with the following error:

SEC7112: Script from https://raw.github.com/DmitryBaranovskiy/raphael/master/raphael.js
was blocked due to mime type mismatch

Found this blog but looks like it would require changes from github.

Anyone have any ideas? Maybe there is another publicly available CDN
with Raphael hosted?

I did not read the article all the way through but I picked up on the word(s) cross-origin
Why don't you reference the js from your server and just download the latest version from Github?
