Perhaps I should turn off the news.  I am sitting with French doors onto my lawn.,..  Drug dealers across the street (I am in the Hamptons, NY not poor) had a drive-by shooting and more..

If you have any comfort to offer me, please do so. 

Psychotherapy is not an answer to world problems.  I am just not feeling safe. Don't worry, I am fine.  I can tolerate my anxiety.. But are others feeling this?  Social support helps me. Thank you.
