I write now for two reasons.  One, to remind you to pay your dues if you haven't. (This email is being sent to everyone so ignore it if you've already paid them.)  Our account balance is low, so please attend to it.

And two, in a moment I will be sending everyone a Google Form asking whether and how you plan to attend the meeting.  Nadine needs these numbers to plan for catering and the like.  So, please let us know.
