I just upgraded my iCloud storage, I tried to sync my GoodNotes app file with iCloud across my devices,iCloud setting in app use iCloud showed -sync failed :some operations is not successful . I was trying to sync one file which was a bit large but after failing that file was not seen.I tried to import that file but no where .I tried a lot seeing articles which was not helpful.
actually my old iPad was also syncing ,it has huge file now the app is automatically close after tapping .how can i get that file which was taken away by iCloud during syncing ?? that is very important for me,I am asking for help ,please somebody guide me.
A similar issue happened to me as well. I recently updated my good note app from version 5 to version 6. Then I enabled the "icloud sync" option. Syncing was started and I started updating my ipad since there was a pending update. When i opened my goodnotes app after a while, all my data is gone. I tried several ways but couldn't recover any of my documents.
If that doesn't help, we'll need more information to better assist. Which device were you originally using with the GoodNotes app, other than your iPad? Do you have a copy of this file so you can upload it directly to the iCloud website to sync across your devices? Here's a quick link, if you do: iCloud
