Hi all --- I'm getting an (R) error from /RApacheInfo after a vanilla installation on an Amazon Linux AMI instance.
Other RApache handling seems to work, but the r-info handler is giving me this error (in apache's error log, along with a warning):
[Thu Dec 04 20:05:13 2014] [error] [client XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX] rApache Notice!
Error in if (
is.na(st)) return("NA") : argument is of length zero
In addition: Warning message:
In
is.na(st) :
is.na() applied to non-(list or vector) of type 'closure'
Version 1.2.6 of rApache, installed as part of a manual build/installation of OpenCPU (though the rApache issue with RApacheInfo manifested itself prior to OpenCPU installation).
Anyone ever see this before?
(Googling has led me nowhere...)
Cheers,
