AtU-Drive we endeavour to provide you with the best possible service at all times. If you would like to make any comments, suggestions, raise a query or make a complaint about the service you have received, please contact us.

All U-Drive Employees will be trained in customer service standards; will exhibit customer friendly service skills; and be knowledgeable, professional and courteous in meeting the needs of our customers.


U-Drive will return all phone calls and emails received from clients within agreed timescales. Where we are unable to meet this agreement we will inform you of this as soon as possible and agree a new deadline.


Treat staff courteously - at all times being fair, polite and respectful, regardless of age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation or disability. Give us feedback and inform us of any difficulties they experience, when they arise. Remember that U-Drive will not accept abusive language or threats to its staff and will take appropriate action where these occur.


If you have reason to complain about the service offered by U-Drive you should in the first instance contact your nearest U-Drive Location and speak to the Branch Manager. If you are not satisfied with the response you receive please email us with full details, including the Branch Location and rental agreement number.


Berkshire UDrive is a small, family run business that strives to provide top-shelf customer service for the entire experience. The staff at Berkshire UDrive are trained to greet customers and help them load up the boats with the odds and ends needed for a great boating experience.


The check-in process is streamlined. Parking instructions will be provided prior to your arrival to help ensure an easy in and out of the tight parking lot. Customers will be provided with a thorough tutorial on how to operate the boat and familiarize themselves with the Lake.


Pontoosuc Lake is a small Lake nestled in the hills of the Appalachian Mountains. Everywhere you look you are surrounded by the beauty of the mountains while enjoying the pristine and clean waters of Pontoosuc Lake.


The Boats at UDrive are well maintained and safe providing the perfect watercraft for an outing on the Lake. There are different sizes of boats to accommodate different groups of renters. Some of the boats have blue-tooth speaker systems.


However, we recommend that renters bring their own speakers to ensure they are able to enjoy music on their pontoon boat as we do not guarantee bluetooth speakers on the boat. Pricing accounts for gas, taxes, insurance.

Bought a 2012 BMW M3 from Todd recently. The car was as Todd represented it, which was immaculate. Filling out the paperwork electronically was painless. Great experience working with Todd. Drove up on a Saturday morning to view the car of choice. It was exactly as he stated. The facilities were clean and orderly, has some really cool inventory. Purchased a 2021 911 targa 4S sight unseen. Took delivery of the car a day later. Could not be happier with the UDrive service, description of the vehicle and everything was as advertised.Highly recommended seller would purchase from them again.


I've purchased cars over the Internet before and have never had an experience as excellent as this one. The car description was spot on, with lots of photos, any imperfections were noted. Todd responded to emails quickly and was always reachable by phone if needed. Pickup date was flexible to accommodate my schedule. I didn't even have to worry about a pre-purchase inspection as one had already been done by a third party and they disclosed the results. The guys at UDrive were super-nice in person too. Matt noticed that I'm a fellow photography enthusiast and happily shared the full-size photos of the car, then drove me to a nearby rent-a-car office to drop off the rental I used to get there. The bundled 3 month / 3k miles warranty only covers powertrain, aka big and expensive items. After driving 200 miles home, a check engine light appeared. I took the car to a local BMW specialist and it turned out to be a relatively minor issue which was not covered by the warranty, but is a common problem with these cars. The guys at UDrive couldn't have known about it as the car drove fine and it took hundreds of miles to appear. Moral of the story: if you're worried about minor repairs and are not DIY-inclined, buy an extended warranty that covers everything, not just powertrain. The 3 month plan was complementary, so still a nice bonus in case of a bigger problem. It seems that UDrive focuses on clean cars without accident history and with good service records. That to me is impressive, because many independent dealers buy whatever is cheapest at the auction, then resell for a quick buck. Not the case here! The BMW I purchased from UDrive is a low-mileage, 1-owner car. It was signed off with a clean bill of health by 3 places: local BMW dealer based on service history, third party inspection place in PA, and a BMW specialist in CT, who commented that the car is in very good shape after looking at it for a day. I would gladly recommend UDrive to anyone!


Found UDrive and was suspicious at first. Looked like a relatively new dealer, with all great reviews that I assumed must've been written by family and friends. After going there I was completely wrong. The buying experience at UDrive was quick, easy, and painless. I showed up, test drove it, and bought it within a couple of hours. The car was in excellent shape, with a couple scratches that were clearly pointed out in all the images on their website. The up-front honesty really helped any worries I had previously. After bringing the Mini to the dealer a couple weeks after purchasing it for oil change, full inspection, and regular maintenance, they reported everything on the car was either new or so close to new it made no difference. Knowing they specialize in rarer, more specialty sports cars, I will definitely be coming here first for my future purchases.


I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for making this long distance purchase feel like a face to face transaction. I think that's a testament to your customer service skills and the passion you have for your work!


Todd and Matt love cars and are passionate about helping a customer find the right car and educating them in the process. They are professional, easy going, and accommodating. My 07 Porsche 911 Carrera was priced right, meticulously detailed and documented. I think this may have been the best car buying experience I've had with having owned 30+ cars over the years.


As a 4 time customer I can say with assurance that Todd and his folks have handled my 2 sales and 2 buys with professionalism and creativity to make deals happen. This can be a tricky business for anyone to navigate and they bring client confidence to a very comfortable level. Even if what you want isn't in their inventory, they can put together clients and the cars they want from multiple contacts within the industry.

I saw the perfect car, a 2007 Porsche 911 S in slate grey and aero kit. I had a trade that I had been shopping around getting offers for. I got an immediate response and was able to get over the trade amount that I requested! Since the place was almost 2 hours away I wasn't sure when I would be able to get over there to look at car and possibly do the deal. They told me they would transport car to me, look at my trade and if all goes well, we do paperwork, I keep car and they take trade back with them! When I heard that I was shocked and there was no reason why I would pass this up! They were completely ok with me having the car inspected by my local shop. Due to their professionalism I was ok with them coming to me and to my house to look at my car! In addition, I noticed that on their site they are very upfront about any flaws the cars may have. I would definitely go back to them again it was a completely pleasant experience! The convenience factor alone is HUGE!!!


Todd and Matt are very knowledgeable about the many makes and models that they carry. They have been forthright, honest, and professional in the dealings that I and my family/friends have had with them. Pricing is spot on. I will definitely continue to recommend and refer customers/clients to UDrive.
