Atul. You solution worked perfectly above. 1st I had to make my self an administror for Windows 10 Home version, then restart, then I was able to rename files with .old extension, then download and run adobe Creative Cloud uninstaller (ran successdully), then I installed adobe Creative Cloud. Worked like a champ. Thank you Doug E.
MSU's Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) license provides access to the entire collection of Adobe's creative applications for desktop as well as great mobile apps, and includes new features like cloud storage and and sharing.
If you cannot locate the Uninstaller on the Mac computer or if error messages are displayed when deleting Adobe CC, the best thing you should do is to grab the latest version of the uninstaller of Adobe Creative Cloud. This can be found on helpx.adobe.com. When you have downloaded the file, you can simply extract it. After that, open the uninstaller.
I was told by our security team to upgrade the creative cloud application on all our managed pc's/mac's - its mostly been a huge headache (especially as I found the Adobe Remote Update Manager tool won't upgrade this for me), but I've finally finished a script that does the upgrade and I noticed that Creative Cloud Packager still builds packages with the old version.
