within 48 hours of installing the game on a new-ish OS install after not playing for 2 years I get this crap. Its constant, the majority of my games are having this issue and Im losing my patience with it. Either they cant fix the issue, which means they need to hire someone competant or they just dont want to.
I've owned Tarkov for quite some time, only played about 4 raids. I'd like to get into it with this current wipe, but whenever I try to join a raid regardless of choosing PMC or Scav, I get the error "Game Aborted. Try Reconnect." I will load almost all the way into the raid, and right before actually loading me in, I'll see the error message.
I've seen dozens of threads about this, with no actual fixes being discussed and they all eventually just die. I'd really like to play this game, but am a bit worried seeing that there doesn't seem to be a resolution for this anywhere.
It could be bad connection to server, go to launcher and select 2 or 3 best pinged servers. Also could be you're loading so slow into a raid you miss deployment and get killed at spawn. Lastly if you have a bad internet provider chances are that's your issue, I'd recommend fiber if you can for this game or at minimum the best provider in your area.
Hello, I found what was the problem with the Game aborted error. try reconnect. Either the game itself, or anti-cheat, blocked access to the raid due to the MSI Center application that was installed on my PC, it is on the motherboard by default. In principle, it is not needed, having removed it from the PC, I calmly now go into raids. By trial and error, we managed to find this bug. It turns out that there is a blockage due to incompatibility or the program thinks that this is a cheat. Fucked for 3 days with this Christmas tree-stick bullshit...
I only got this game yesterday. First day more crashed then games. varied between simple game crash and entire computer crash. Today think i got into 2-3 games many more crashes. But now 'game aborted, try reconnecting' all evening. Not got to play once. Most i paid for game in a while and definately least been able to play. No refund option. Gone from bit of shame to feel ripped off.
Hi I bought the game 2 days ago and i 9 out of 10 times and when it connects i get a really abd ping and packet loss so i get two errors "Game Aborted. Try Reconnect." and "Server connection lost" mostly its server connection lost and i dont have any problems like this in any other game and it doesnt matter PMC or SCAV and i really cant play the game
What i have tried :
checking the EFT server status and restaring the pc/router and reinstalling the game and changing my network hotspot/wifi/ethernet and changing the servers (EU/RUSSIA/USA) and changing the texture quality and disconnecting all antiviruses and not using and using IPV4/IPV6 and using a vpn and changing my network MTU and updating my network drivers and any other thing you or any video or google told me or anything i thought and still it is not fixed
First, I reinstalled all my computer from dfault windows, It took me 2 hours. Game aborted is more or less linked to other softWare on your computer, and ETF believe these software are cheat code. So if you don't have other softWare, there are no issues lol
Second, I call my "internet company" and I asked them to fix the "ping" issue. They restarted my internet box and did some black magic, and now my internet connexion is incredible stable. 900Mo/s and a ping of 9ms.
Two years of this god forsaken game and nothing like this has ever happened to me. Sure enough, new wipe comes around and it does this poo before I can even load into half my raids. And for what? Utterly disappointing.
Seems like BSG doesn't care at all about the players affected by this.
I was playing the game JUST FINE since the start of the last wipe, and two weeks ago, this error started showing up EVERY-SINGLE-TIME I tried to go into a raid (PMC & Scav).
There's no explanation, since there were NO HARDWARE/SOFTWARE CHANGES ON MY END! Right now, I've already submitted TWO tickets to the BSG support team, and was completely ignored on both.
This BS error has been around for YEARS and still, there's NO FIX and NO COMMENT from BSG. Talk about a poor customer support.
So, now there will be a lot of letters. this problem occurred on my computer after the summer vape. I've been trying to find a solution for a long time, including here. I tried to use iobit unlocked, unsuccessfully. I decided to use dns jumper, turned off IPv6. and so, I decided to use a VPN. And lo and behold! everything worked, but with an incredibly huge ping of 200, and sometimes 300. then I went to another city before the new year and used another PC and everything was OK, and now I returned home, launched a VPN tarkov, and I was not even allowed into the game, they say, the game is from the wrong region purchased. Guys, I'm desperate! Give me some help!
