How to cite interviews and surveys

I believe for interviews you should use parentetical citation if you
paraphrase them or quote them without referring to their name (last
name of person interviewed), but not if you quote and put their name
in the text, which is the better way to do it. However, you must put
the interview in the bibliography/works cited page at the end of your
paper.

For the survey you should introduce the survey the first time you
mention it "a survey of 100 working mothers" or whatever... and
thereafter refer to it as "the survey" followed by no parenthetical
citation. However, you must also put the survey in the bibliography/
works referenced page.

Last, First Name of person interviewed. Personal Interview, Date

Last, First Name of people who conducted survey. "Title of Survey as
mentioned in Essay". Survey. Date.
