Subject: for parents and coaches

Administrators,

Please forward this to all parents and coaches.

We are beginning a new season. This is a reminder about some field issues.

  1. CLEAN UP-We need to clean up the fields after every practice and game. There’s some complaints coming in from the city already that water bottles are everywhere.
  2. PARKING- this is a big one and one I have to repeatedly remind you about and continue to remind you at the fields so please do a better job!
ABSOLUTELY, NEVER, EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU TO STOP, LINGER, PICK UP , DROP OFF, OR UNLOAD AT THE RED CURB . NOTHING GOES SO DON’T DO IT!!!!
We cannot park or sit and watch ever ever in the womens center on the east side of the fields.
We cannot park or sit and watch or whatever one of the excuses you keep trying to use in the kids on the move parking lot or sneak to the back side.
We can unload on the one non-red curb in the kids on the move parking lot, BUT not for 15 minutes only quick drop offs and pick ups. If that lane is full you may NOT extend the line out to the RED curb!!!
We cannot drive behind the fences at Geneva

I’m not sure I can be more clear, so I will not feel bad when security comes and puts that giant green sticker right one your windshield that is a royal paint to remove. I will not feel bad when your license is written down and your towed. I will not be nice when I have to spend my time on the field instead of watching games I’m moving you! It’s a very good idea administrators to email these rules to the away team.

3. LOCKS- All goals must be pushed together off the playing fields at the end of every practice and game. Geneva fields please move goals to the south and not on the schools pavement. They must always be locked. I will be calling coaches to come and clean up a field that wasn’t taken care of, if there is not a team warming up for your field to play after your Saturday game, then lock the goals! This means parents your players should stay  to clean up flags and move goals after every game! Coaches LOCK the goals and LOCK the trailer every time!!!! All of these items if not taken care of costs the club significant more money, then all those expenses end up being applied to you parents. Please help us keep our field maintenance costs down.

Here’s this season ranting and raving about fields. Please note that these things are very important and to please do your part. We fight very hard to keep costs down and I promise these things help. I also have to answer to the city council on things that upset them. Please be part of the solution that helps us keep the use of our fields and cost down. Thank you
