I have attached a spread sheet of our team - please check for your name and if it is highlighted in yellow or you are only listed once instead of twice, please follow Chelsea's instructions below.

Administrators, 

I have attached the financial report from Blue Sombrero that is relevant to your age group. Your age is sheet 2. All teams of that age are on that page so as not to miss anyone. I need you to check for a few things.

  1. Is every team member listed either as a tryout fee or a division price
  2. If they are not listed they have not signed up for tryouts  and are not in the system, therefor I cannot add them to the team and collect the club fees. They must set up tryouts first and then I need to know that has been done and add them to your team. 
  3. If they are listed only as a tryout fee and not a division price they have not accepted their team position and set up their club fees yet. Everyone should do this. There are still those questioning whether or not to take that step if they need a scholarship (this includes a coach’s child). There’s fees that all players must pay and I cannot subtract any fees without first an account being set up. Those who have not yet applied for scholarships and not set up an account will not be refunded money that is currently owed to set up their account. 
  4. If  the division price is set up you will be able to see what is owing. Completed means they’ve completed all their payments. Pending means they are setup for automatic payments but not finished.  We are far enough into the season to start checking for inconsistencies. You will be able to see the average amount paid out by now on most payment plans. If anyone  has a greater discrepancy  than most of your team is usually that a credit card is expired. Please notify any of those players so they can check with me if there’s a problem. It’s better to find those problems now than trying to collect it before tryouts. 
  5. If a player says they can’t get into their account it has usually been that they made a different account for this years tryout than last years. The email to accept the position would have been sent to this years account and have the division price listed in their cart. The email used should be listed on this document and they can find the email from blue sombrero. If they are still having troubles I can do a manual order over the phone so have them call me at 801-369-0654.
