Subject: season begins

Administrators, can you please forward this to everyone on your teams.

Parents, 

Games will begin this week! We need to cover a few things. 

1. Absolutely NEVER under no circumstances should you park at the hospital in the womens center, at kids on the move, or stop anywhere along a red curb. NEVER NEVER NEVER, can’t tell you enough. I have had to endure 2 years of city meetings and will have to forever to keep these fields so I’m not afraid to move you. That being said the hospital security is there and has a new system this year. If they find you parking where you should not they will sticker your window (it is not easily removed) and take your license plate, on a second violation you will be towed. JUST DON’T DO IT, I DON’T THINK I CAN BE MORE CLEAR.
2. Make sure we are cleaning up water bottles, bags etc after each game. If there is no game behind you warming up then all the goals need to be pushed together and locked. This needs to happen after every game! Make your coaches lock it (lets be honest they’re horrible at it)
3. We need to make sure we are respectful to other teams. There is no reason for parents to be talking to players on the other team. Your adults they are kids – avoid the situation completely. Please let your coach handle all conversations with the referees and keep each other in line.
4. The hospital has let me know that on 8/18 and 8/21 there are activities being held by kids on the move. If we can stay out of that parking lot all together that would be best. I know there’s an unred curb in there you’ve dropped kids off at, but not on these two days please. While they will let us drop off and pick up there we can’t make the line curve into the red curbing you’ll have to go to the north parking lot if that curb is full. 

Please help us make this a successful season. The more we abide by the cities rules the more likely they are to let us stay.  I promise with your help locking up, cleaning up, following these rules will continue to help keep costs down.
