Dear All,

Aishwarya set up the Hyderabad Chapter for Rang De and he has done his best to seed the chapter and nurture it. He has decided to step down as Chapter President. Please join me in thanking Aishwarya for the solid support and his hard work!  We look forward to your ideas and support going forward as well!

The time has come for a new Chapter President and a core group to take up the activities of the chapter. As we have done in other chapters, we would accept nominations from interested candidates and everyone in the chapter will be eligible to vote.

Anyone interested to take the lead, please write to the chapter with the following details:

Name, Member since, Why do you think you are eligible to lead the chapter 

If you are wondering what the role of the Chapter President will be, then here it goes:

• Co-ordinate the activities of the Hyd chapter
  
• New Chapter members induction
  
• Ensuring that all chapter members can contribute in the most effective way
  
• Communicate with Rang De team on ideas for events, campaigns and voolunteering
  
• Ensure that Rang De is well represented in Hyderabad
