Richard, it depends what the issue is. If your visited location data is off, then the place to file an inquiry is from the AmEx award application page. At the bottom of the page there's a listing of all your results, with a "dispute" link next to each one that you can use if the credited locations for that result do not match your expectations. Disputes get triaged to a team of volunteers who will investigate and figure out the right fix. If the issue is instead related to code or page content, then
Bugzilla is the right place to file that.
As an aside, the "disputes" feature is the reason that AmEx credit is not awarded automatically. By submitting the award application, the website takes that as an affirmation that the member visited the newly claimed locations. RUSA data has lots of errors, particularly for AmEx. It's perhaps the most unique award, but also the messiest to maintain.
