Regional Brevet Administrators routinely file results on the RUSA website within 7 days after the event. Given that the repercussions of a missed homologation *this* year are a bit more significant, it is in your interest to
check your results on the RUSA website to make sure they got there. It is very rare, but has happened that a finisher was left off of the submitted results, and it is way, way easier to fix this before the results are transmitted to the ACP (if we are talking about an ACP brevet).
For those that are working toward some RUSA award, this still holds true:
check your results on the RUSA website to make sure they got there. To check, you only need your RUSA member number or your name.
Missing results from a prior year unfortunately can not be added to the ACP website. The ACP is quite firm about that, and adding missing results from a prior year only on the RUSA site for an ACP brevet would leave the two databases out of sync.
