This is to inform everyone about the new region called "Northeast Florida Randonneurs" AKA NEFR events in 2023.

The most significant events are "Golden Falcon" and Brevet week. A little bit of background on "Golden Falcon".

The "Golden Falcon" was the symbol of the first dynasty of the Persian Empire to recognize
the freedom of everyone, under his Empire.

You can also finish all your PBP qualifying in one week.

The Brevet week is on Feb 11 and Golden Falcon is Feb 15.
