Nitto R 10 rack drop

I am thinking about getting a Nitto R10 rack to support a large saddle bag but I am unclear about the rack's dimensions. Does anyone know the drop from say the clamp around the seatpost to the level of the rack itself? With this design there is some room for vertical adjustment by moving the clamp up or down along the seatpost, but not that much if you want to keep the rack's platform horizontal. Adjustment is limited by the length of exposed seatpost. Therefore, on some larger frames the rack sits ungainly high, but I cannot guess if that applies in my case. I have been unable to find any drawing with the dimensions, so any help would be appreciated.

Not sure the model of my Nitto rear rack, but it's about 7cm vertical drop from the center of the clamp to the top of the rails at the bend.  There doesn't seem to be a provision to adjust the platform angle, so with a seat tube angle of 74 degrees the rack slopes up a little toward the rear.  As you can see, there's not a lot of adjustment range on my seatpost either.  When I eventually get it set up, it looks like it will support the Barley bag fairly well, but might compress the Nelson a bit.  The photo (009) makes it appear worse than it is

Thanks a lot. I think that answers my question: if fitted as far down as possible on the seatpost the rack will sit just fine on my 58 cm (c-t) frame with 35-622 tyres.
