Hi all,

By now we're all familiar (unfortunately) with heat illness signs, prevention, and treatment. However, I'm passing along some handy charts to help us remember.

Thanks Andrea. This is really good , especially now when there seems to be a push for heat acclimation training due to claimed  FTP, VO Max improvements of 5 to 10 %

My thanks too Andrea.  These are succinct and EASY.  We work non-stop on heat acclimation and the heat is nothing to be taken lightly.
