I don't know why I didn't think to ask you guys this earlier...
I do a "Petite Brevet" for my kids each October at Rockland Lake in NY
(
http://wp.me/p1ROG-1F http://wp.me/p1ROG-NH ). This year, they both
turned into pretty spiffy little climbers, but the Rockand Lake loop
is flat.
Anybody know a good course for riders who are highly skilled for their
age, and capable of doing 20 miles in a day, but who can't handle
sustained climbs? (They're seven years old, after all.)
I like the idea of a loop around a lake, but a longer one than the 3
miles around Rockland Lake would be good. Within 75 miles or so of NYC
would also be great--that way I can ride out and check it out on one
of my training days.
Any ideas welcome--
Thanks!
Keith
