Builders and Shops to visit in Belgium

We are off touring in Belgium this September. Are there any builders, or shops, to put on the bucket list while riding in Belgium?

Unfortunately I know nothing about cycling in Belgium. But - if you are a friend of wonderful chocolate - Bruge has some of the best, and has dozens, maybe hundreds, of small stores scattered throughout the delightful town.
