Greetings,

I was going through a storage box over the weekend and came across my old Garmin eTrex Vista HCx. Let me know if you're interested. It comes with the original manual, Garmin City Navigator North America NT maps, a charging cable, and a handlebar mount.

Just pay for the shipping and it's yours.

Regards,

George

I have one and it's still what I use for longer events. (My phone and the RWGPS app for sub 300k.)

The eTrex is awesome. Batteries that last for days, software is stable, easy to follow the route by just looking at the line. It's waterproof, can survive big drops at speed, etc.

The only downside is that it requires a usb cable, computer, and a few minutes to transfer the routes back and forth. I keep hoping they'll make an updated version in the same form-factor with quick wireless transfer but I'm not optimistic.

And it's gone . . .

Thanks all. Safe travels in 2025!
