There was some recent discussion on this list regarding post-event body weight.

I rode the San Francisco Randonneurs' 300k on Saturday. I weigh
myself every morning after vacating what needs vacating and before
filling what needs filling.

Below is what I recorded pre- and post-event; weight is shown in
pounds. My scale reads to the nearest 0.2 of a pound.

Basically it shows me hovering at around 153 pounds through the day
after the event. Two days after the event my weight was the highest
it's been in a couple of months. Over the past week it has settled
back down again.

20 Feb - 152.6
21 Feb - 153.0
22 Feb - 153.6
23 Feb - 153.0
24 Feb - 152.2
25 Feb - 153.4
26 Feb - 152.8
27 Feb - forgot! event day!
28 Feb(*) - 152.2 - morning after event
01 Mar - 155.2 highest since November
02 Mar - 154.6
03 Mar - 153.4
04 Mar - 152.8
05 Mar - 151.2 lowest since December

(*) 28 Feb: rode about 20 miles plus an ~11-minute uphill MTB time trial. Ouch.

Not terribly meaningful without being repeated a number of times,
recording food intake, etc., but there ya go.

I'm just jealous you weigh 153! How tall are you? I need to get my
eating disorder in gear! (The other direction)
