These also tend to have the same format:
[Item name]
[Description taken from a Pinkbike ad]
[Price]
They never include a location, which for a list like this would be an obvious thing you'd want to mention, or details about shipping. The image they attached has metadata indicating it was taken in February, which would be odd for a "2 month old" device.
A good tactic with a questionable for sale post is to google some exact words from the listing. Doing so, I found this link to the gps on Pinkbike, tagged as sold long ago.

A good way to prove an item is real is to ask the seller to take a new photo with a piece of paper with the date written on it, and for bonus protection another word or something unique like "RUSA #12345". That way you can be somewhat sure they actually have the item on hand and are a real person and not just a scammer putting it out to many lists.
